KYC and AML at Bons
Last updated: April 27, 2026. This page explains how Bons checks player identity, payment ownership and transaction activity under KYC and AML controls. Bons is operated by NestlingCorn Limited and lists Curacao No. 8048/JAZ2019-055 as license information.
KYC means Know Your Customer. AML means anti-money-laundering. Both checks help confirm that Bons accounts are used by real adults, with payment methods owned by the registered player and funds used for lawful gaming activity.

When Bons May Ask for KYC
Bons may ask for identity verification during registration, before a first withdrawal, after a change in account details, after a payment mismatch, during bonus abuse review, after suspicious login activity or when required by license and risk controls.
Verification can also be requested when a player uses a new payment method, changes phone or email details, logs in from a new location, triggers duplicate-account signals or opens a support case connected to payments.
The account may remain usable while review is pending, but deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or betting access can be limited until the requested documents are checked. Bons may close an account if a player refuses verification or provides false documents.
Documents Bons Can Request
Requested documents depend on account status, payment method and risk review. Bons may ask only for the documents needed to confirm age, identity, address, payment ownership or source of funds.
| Check | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, national ID, driver license, PAN or Aadhaar where accepted | Confirm legal name, age and document validity |
| Address | Utility bill, bank statement or official letter | Confirm country, city and residential details |
| Selfie | Face check or selfie with ID | Confirm the document belongs to the account holder |
| Payment ownership | Bank, card, UPI, wallet or crypto proof | Confirm the deposit and withdrawal method is owned by the player |
| Source of funds | Income proof, bank history or business documents | Review unusual transaction activity or high-value movement |
Files should be clear, current and uncropped. All four corners of the document should be visible. The name should match the Bons account where possible. Blurry photos, expired documents, edited images and mismatched payment details are common reasons for rejection.
How Account Verification Works
- Open the account area and check the verification status.
- Upload clear photos or scans of the requested documents.
- Make sure name, date of birth, address and payment ownership match the account.
- Wait for review. First checks may take longer if extra payment or AML review is needed.
- Watch account messages and email in case support asks for a replacement file.
A verified account usually has fewer payout delays. Submitting documents before the first large withdrawal is better than waiting until a payout is already pending.
Bons support will not ask for passwords, OTP codes, private wallet keys or full card security codes. If a message asks for those details, treat it as unsafe and contact support from the official site.
AML Rules for Payments
Bons payment controls are designed to prevent account misuse, third-party payments, chargeback abuse and suspicious money movement. Deposits should come from payment methods owned by the registered player.
Withdrawals are normally sent back through the same or a verified payment route where possible. This closed-loop approach helps match deposits and payouts to the same player and reduces AML risk.
Deposits followed by fast withdrawal requests with little or no play may trigger review. Bons is not a bank, wallet or money transfer service. Funds deposited to Bons should be used for lawful gaming activity under the Terms and Conditions.
Crypto deposits and withdrawals may need wallet ownership review, transaction hash checks and blockchain confirmation. Players are responsible for sending funds to the correct address and choosing the correct chain where the cashier provides options.
Why KYC or AML Can Delay Withdrawals
Most payout delays are caused by missing verification, mismatched account data, unclear payment ownership, open bonus wagering, active risk review or payment processor checks. These checks protect both the player and the operator.
| Issue | Likely Reason | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| KYC pending | ID or address document has not been approved | Upload clear documents and wait for review |
| Payment mismatch | Name or method does not match account holder | Use a payment method in your own name |
| Bonus lock | Wagering is not complete | Check bonus status before requesting payout |
| AML review | Transaction pattern needs extra review | Provide source-of-funds proof if requested |
| Expired document | Document is not valid anymore | Upload a current document |
If a withdrawal stays pending longer than expected, contact support with account ID, payment method, amount, date and transaction reference. Do not open multiple tickets for the same case because that can slow review.
How Verification Data Is Handled
KYC and AML data can include sensitive personal information. Bons uses this data for account verification, payment review, fraud prevention, legal duties, responsible gaming controls and dispute handling.
Bons does not sell player verification data. Data may be shared with KYC vendors, payment processors, AML screening providers, game suppliers, auditors, regulators or lawful authorities when needed for account operation or compliance.
Retention depends on legal, license, AML, tax, audit, responsible gaming and dispute duties. Players can read more about data rights and retention on the Privacy Policy page.
Common Verification Mistakes
The fastest way to pass verification is to submit readable files the first time. Before uploading, check that the name is visible, the date of birth is visible, the document is not expired and the account details are consistent.
- Do not crop out document corners.
- Do not upload screenshots of edited documents.
- Do not use someone else's bank, UPI, wallet, card or crypto wallet.
- Do not create a second account if the first one is under review.
- Do not send passwords, OTP codes or private wallet keys to anyone.
- Do not use VPN or proxy tools to hide location during verification.
KYC and AML FAQ
Is KYC required at Bons?
Yes. Bons may require KYC during registration, before the first withdrawal, after payment changes or when account risk controls require review.
How long does verification take?
Timing depends on document quality, payment method, risk review and support queue. First withdrawals can take longer if KYC and AML checks happen together.
Can I withdraw without KYC?
Bons may block or delay withdrawals until identity and payment ownership checks are complete. This is common before the first payout.
Why was my document rejected?
Common reasons include blurry image, expired document, cropped file, mismatched name, unreadable address or proof that does not match the requested check.
Does Bons keep my KYC data?
Bons may retain verification records where required for legal, license, AML, fraud prevention, audit, dispute or responsible gaming duties.
KYC, AML and Responsible Gaming
Identity checks also help responsible gaming controls. Age verification, self-exclusion status and account review can prevent underage use, duplicate accounts and attempts to bypass account limits.
