1. General Terms
1.1. Bons provides online casino games, live casino games, sports betting, esports betting, bonuses and related account services. Access is allowed only where online gambling is lawful for the player.
1.2. You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your local law sets a higher gambling age. By using Bons, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
1.3. You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is allowed in your location. Bons may refuse registration, close accounts or restrict access where local law, risk controls or license obligations require it.
1.4. Bons may update these terms when product rules, legal duties, payment rules or risk controls change. Continued use after publication of updated terms means acceptance of the updated version.
1.5. These terms apply together with bonus rules, payment rules, game rules, privacy notices and any written instructions shown in the account area. If a specific promotion, market or payment method has extra conditions, those specific conditions apply to that item.
1.6. Bons may temporarily stop access for maintenance, security checks, provider updates, sports data corrections or payment processor work. Planned or unplanned downtime does not create a right to compensation unless required by law or confirmed in writing by Bons.
2. Account Registration
2.1. Each person may hold only one Bons account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, false names, fake documents, duplicate payment ownership and bonus abuse are prohibited.
2.2. Registration details must be accurate, current and complete. You must keep your email, phone number, password and payment details secure. Bons is not responsible for losses caused by sharing passwords, OTP codes or device access.
2.3. Bons may request identity verification at registration, before withdrawal, after risk alerts or during account checks. Verification may include government ID, selfie, proof of address, payment ownership and source-of-funds documents.
2.4. If requested documents are not provided, Bons may delay withdrawals, restrict betting, cancel bonuses or close the account in line with legal and risk obligations.
2.5. The registered name on the account should match the name used for deposits and withdrawals. If a mismatch appears, Bons may ask for additional proof before processing a payout or accepting further deposits.
2.6. Players must not sell, transfer, rent or lend an account. Account access by another person can lead to cancellation of bets, removal of bonuses and closure of the account after review.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1. Bons supports local payment methods and crypto options listed on the cashier and payment methods page. Payment availability, limits and processing times can vary by account, method and verification status.
3.2. The minimum deposit shown in current project data is ₹100. The minimum withdrawal shown in current project data is ₹500. Some methods may have higher limits.
3.3. Deposits must be made from payment methods owned by the account holder. Third-party payments, stolen payment instruments, chargebacks and suspicious transaction patterns may lead to account restriction.
3.4. Withdrawals may be delayed for KYC, AML, fraud checks, bonus checks, open bets, provider settlement or payment processor review. Bons may split, reject or request additional documents before payout.
3.5. Fees, exchange rates and blockchain charges may apply depending on the payment method. Bons is not liable for third-party bank, card, wallet or blockchain charges outside its control.
3.6. Bons is not a bank, wallet or money transfer service. Deposited funds must be used for lawful gaming activity. Deposits followed by withdrawal requests with little or no play may trigger additional checks or rejection where required by anti-money-laundering controls.
3.7. Withdrawal requests are normally sent back to the same payment route used for deposit where possible. If that route is unavailable, Bons may ask the player to choose another verified method in the same name.
3.8. Incorrect account numbers, wallet addresses, UPI details, bank data or crypto destination data are the player's responsibility. Once an external transfer has been confirmed by a processor or blockchain, recovery may not be possible.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1. Bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback, reloads, promo codes and VIP offers are optional promotions. Each offer has its own rules, wagering requirements, expiry date, eligible games, minimum odds and maximum bet rules.
4.2. The current welcome offer in project data is 200% up to ₹20,000 with 20x wagering. The active offer page controls the final terms if there is any difference.
4.3. Bons may cancel a bonus, void bonus winnings or restrict future offers if a player uses multiple accounts, low-risk wagering, collusion, payment abuse or other activity intended to exploit promotional terms.
4.4. Casino bonuses and sports bonuses may use separate balances. A casino bonus may not count for sports or esports betting unless the offer clearly says so. Read the bonuses page before claiming.
4.5. Unless the offer states otherwise, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering, expiry and eligibility rules are satisfied. Bets placed after expiry, below minimum odds, above maximum bonus stake or on excluded games may not count toward wagering.
4.6. Bons may limit, change or withdraw promotions for individual accounts where risk review shows bonus abuse, duplicate identity, payment recycling, coordinated play or suspicious patterns. Real-money balance is treated separately from promotional balance where the cashier shows separate balances.
5. Betting Rules
5.1. Sports and esports bets are settled under official results, event rules and market rules shown in the bet slip. Markets may be voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, incorrectly priced or not completed under stated rules.
5.2. Cricket markets may be affected by DLS, rain reduction, Super Over, abandoned matches and official score corrections. The specific market wording determines whether a bet stands, is voided or is settled on revised results.
5.3. Casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers. RNG games, live dealer games and crash games follow provider rules, paytables and technical logs. If a malfunction occurs, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.
5.4. Odds and game results displayed after technical delays may be corrected if an obvious error occurred. Bons may void bets placed on incorrect prices, duplicated markets or known technical faults.
5.5. Cash out is not guaranteed. It may be unavailable during odds suspension, live delay, event interruption, payment review or technical issue.
5.6. A bet is accepted only when it appears as confirmed in the account history. A bet slip draft, loading screen, balance hold or pending request is not final confirmation of acceptance.
5.7. Live markets can change quickly. Delays, score corrections, video latency, trading suspension and settlement corrections are part of live betting. Players should check the final status in bet history before raising a dispute.
5.8. For casino games, the provider's round ID, transaction ID and server record are the main evidence for settlement. Screenshots can help support review, but technical logs normally decide whether a round stands or is voided.
6. Prohibited Jurisdictions
6.1. Bons may restrict access from countries, regions or users where online gambling is prohibited, license rules require exclusion or payment processing is unavailable.
6.2. Players are responsible for knowing local laws. Attempting to bypass location restrictions with VPNs, proxy tools, false documents or misleading account data may lead to account closure and cancellation of winnings.
6.3. Bons may update restricted regions without prior notice where law, provider rules, banking rules or risk controls require immediate action.
6.4. If a player moves to a restricted region or uses the account while travelling, Bons may pause access until location, identity and account status are checked. Existing balances may be handled under applicable legal and license requirements.
7. Affiliate Links Disclosure
7.1. Bons pages may contain affiliate links or tracking links. Registration through these links may generate commission for referring partners.
7.2. Affiliate tracking does not reduce player bonuses, deposits, withdrawals or winnings. Player account rules remain the same whether registration is direct or affiliate-referred.
7.3. Affiliates must not misrepresent Bons, guarantee winnings, target underage users or publish false bonus terms. Violating traffic rules can lead to partner account closure.
7.4. If a partner page shows outdated bonus values, payment limits or legal claims, the terms published by Bons and the account cashier take priority. Players should rely on the offer details visible before claiming a promotion.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Bons names, logos, page content, design, software elements, promotional assets and trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws or partner agreements.
8.2. You may not copy, modify, resell, scrape, frame, reverse engineer or use Bons materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.
8.3. Game names, provider names and sports data may belong to their respective owners. Use of such names on Bons does not transfer ownership rights to players.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Gambling involves risk. You may lose money. Bons does not guarantee profit, winnings, uninterrupted access, error-free operation or availability of any specific market, bonus, game or payment method.
9.2. Bons is not liable for losses caused by user error, weak passwords, device compromise, internet failure, bank delays, blockchain congestion, provider outages, match delays or force majeure events.
9.3. Bons liability, where legally allowed, is limited to the amount of the affected stake or account balance directly linked to the verified error.
9.4. Information on odds, RTP, bonus values, payment timing and game availability can change. Bons aims to keep public pages accurate, but the account interface, cashier, game lobby and bet slip show the current operational values at the time of use.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1. Bons may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, payment abuse, bonus abuse, underage use, false documents, harassment, technical exploitation or prohibited-location activity.
10.2. When an account is closed for serious breach, Bons may void bets, cancel bonuses, return deposits where required by law or withhold disputed funds until investigation is complete.
10.3. Players may request account closure through support. Self-exclusion and cooling-off requests are handled under responsible gaming rules and may not be reversed before the selected period expires.
10.4. Bons may ask for final verification before releasing eligible funds from a closed account. If the player refuses verification or provides false documents, payout may remain blocked until the review is resolved.
10.5. Account closure does not remove obligations linked to chargebacks, unpaid fees, disputed transactions, bonus abuse findings, legal orders or regulator requests.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. If you disagree with a settlement, payment decision or account action, contact support with account ID, date, time, screenshots and a clear description.
11.2. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, request escalation to a senior support review. Keep all messages and evidence in the same case thread where possible.
11.3. Bons lists Curacao No. 8048/JAZ2019-055 as license information. Formal disputes should include account data, transaction data and the support history related to the complaint.
11.4. Payment disputes should include deposit or withdrawal ID, payment method, amount, currency, processor receipt and any bank or wallet reference. Betting disputes should include market name, event name, bet ID, odds, stake and settlement shown in account history.
11.5. Bons may reject complaints that are abusive, duplicate, missing required information or submitted after account records are no longer reasonably available. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
12. Amendments and Governing Law
12.1. Bons may amend these terms to reflect changes in law, product rules, provider rules, payment requirements, responsible gaming measures or risk controls.
12.2. Updated terms take effect when published on this page unless a different effective date is stated. Material changes may also be communicated through account notices or site messages.
12.3. These terms are interpreted under the governing law connected to the listed license and operator. Mandatory local consumer rules may still apply where required by law.
12.4. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Bons may replace the invalid part with a lawful term that reflects the same commercial and legal purpose as closely as possible.
13. Contact for Legal Matters
13.1. Legal, privacy, payment and account complaints can be sent to help@bons.co.in. Use a clear subject line such as Legal Request, Complaint, Privacy Request or Account Closure.
13.2. Include your account ID, full name, registered email or phone, date of issue and any documents needed to identify the request. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or private wallet keys.
14. Responsible Gaming
Bons is for adult entertainment only. Set deposit and time limits, avoid chasing losses and request cooling-off or self-exclusion if gambling feels hard to control. Support can assist with responsible gaming tools.
Players should treat betting as paid entertainment, not income. Do not gamble with borrowed money, household funds or money needed for rent, food, bills, education or medical costs. If gambling creates stress, debt or conflict, stop play and ask support about account limits or self-exclusion.
